I’m from Germany and I bought this film without knowing it… but it was a good choice!
Love the story. It’s great to see a movie like this without these typical clichees… the music is awesome and by the way love the fact that’s in english! Good job! =D
just watched tan lines…..v.v.cool indeed…….no one does this kinda cinema like the aussies….well done to everyone….is daniel in anything else…very charasmatic….hot too obviously…ill recommend too everyone,gay,straight,yound,old….mum loved it too and im 36….so shes no spring chuk…all go watch it….look out for other ed stuff too..bryan
Wow, this guy is so unbelievably attractive. The movie hardly needed a real plot line with something this amazing on the screen. I hope your career can really go somewhere. Your acting was really fantastic too.
I enjoyed this movie immensely. It is realistic and filmed in such a unique and beautiful way. I am running into somewhat of a dilemma while watching it over and over however. Whether I am watching it for the movie as a beautiful story, or just Jack. I also hope the best for his career.

i really, really wish there was a soundtrack available to purchase, the best songs aren’t on the mares myspace or itunes.
Great little film- I enjoyed the absurd inserts especially. The story was also pretty good. One thing though, (and I’m sorry to be all redundant about it) but there’s one song I can’t find and I love it. I don’t know if its by The Mares. It starts off “Bombs from the sky” and its about 25 minutes into the movie. Thanks for any help!
A brilliant piece of Australian cinema. Superbly acted, a fantastic script, terrific editing, production values are excellent. The sound is great and the direction is sublime.
The best Aussie movie I have seen in the last 15 years or so. This will become a classic.

i just downloaded this movie (i know i know i am a bad person…lol). i loved the movie. the simplicity of the scenes. it wasn’t over produced; it didn’t have huge special effects. i like down moments where there was no music, because it made me feel the movie a little more. the music was great of course.
the story was handled very quietly. its how i went through it…well not exactly…lol. i became a total slut when i came out. but the quietness is touching. and that baxter kid is hot; and he does have a nice ass…lol.
i cant believe it took me so long to find this movie, its great im young and thats exactly wat my life is like and the character midget (btw is is so gud lookin) is so much like me
great acting job dude: so natural and just flowed..
mesmerizing movie. took me off guard and was a great trip.
